A company that is dedicated to being a key player in the world of audio, visual and digital entertainment, is currently searching for an Order Fulfilment Specialist with German to be a part of their on growing Order Fulfilment team. Your Responsibilities
- As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will over see all key aspects of order management
- You will be directly involved in the processing of sales orders – registration in SAP, checking the prices, managing back orders with customers and sales team
- Engage with customers and suppliers – delivery dates and follow up, warehouse orders, delivery follow up, timely shipment documentation
- Handle complaint management – status check, follow up customer, seek customers feedback, return handing
- Process internal orders according to set requirements
- You will participate in data analysis of sales, pricing, and stock availability
- Communicate with various departments and teams within the company
Experience and skill set
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in a customer relationship role involving administrative duties; and/or supply chain/logistic/procurement experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience with SAP or another internal ERP system is necessary
- Direct experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Detail orientated and thrives both in a team environment and independently
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
