Ad Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and programmatic channels.

You’ll play a key role in campaign execution, tracking, media operations, and performance optimization—ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms with accurate tracking in tools like Marketo and SFDC.
• Perform QA and testing of creative assets across browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot implementation, tracking, and reporting issues.
• Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, budget pacing, and best practices.
• Track and manage content syndication campaigns and lead uploads.
• Maintain organized records of creatives, campaign plans, and proposals.
• Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
• Create monthly performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ad operations, or paid performance advertising.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with campaign tracking, analytics, and media operations.
• Bonus: Familiarity with creative tools like Figma or Adobe for ad creatives and localization.
