Finance Manager – Customer Experience

What You’ll Do:

• Drive CX spend planning, rolling forecasts, and financial tools to align with business goals.
• Deliver insightful monthly close, forecast, and headcount analysis, including BVA reports.
• Enhance financial reporting with automation and data visualization tools.
• Ensure budget compliance through purchase requisition reviews.
• Collaborate with CX and Accounting to streamline financial processes and closing activities.
• Analyze CX contracts to support procurement and investment prioritization.
• Build ROI-focused financial models and assess marketing spend efficiency.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support financial training for stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 6–8 years of FP&A experience, ideally in business-facing roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Anaplan, NetSuite, Alteryx (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau a plus).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
