Learning & Development Manager

Job description

We are looking for experienced professional to lead our client ‘s Learning and Development team. You will be part of big international company and help its growth and development.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan and design new curriculums and develop and update existing or new courses.
  • Make sure trainings and courses are effective and of high quality.
  • Deliver offline and online trainings.
  • Mentor and guide members of the LnD team.
  • Identify training and development needs of the center.
  • Prepare plans for budgeting, infrastructure…

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in managerial role, experience in leading a team.
  • 5+ years of experience in LnD.
  • Knowledge of Project management.
  • Knowledge of curriculum designs, analysis principles and consulting principles.
  • Excellent level of English (min. C1 level).
