What will be your responsibilities?

  • Effectively manage renewal of all contracts in assigned territory to protect and grow maintenance revenue
  • Ensure customer success and go above and beyond to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Provide timely proposals and quotes as requested pursuant to terms of customer and/or partner agreements
  • Efficiently handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling and reinstatement of maintenance contracts
  • Identifies and pursues maintenance reinstatement opportunities



Who is the ideal candidate for this position? They have:

  • Fluency in Italian
  • Conversational level of English
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous support and/or maintenance renewal sales experience is preferred
  • Previous product or services sales experience in software or related industry is a plus
  • SalesForce knowledge or previous experience is a big plus


Location: Prague

Salary: negotiable
