Are you a technically minded sales professional with experience in HVAC or AHU solutions? Join a well-established international business and help expand its presence across the Bohemia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development for Air Handling Unit (AHU) solutions across the Bohemia region.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable AHU products and solutions based on site surveys and customer consultations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on opportunities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth in the region.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and participate in sales and technical meetings as required.
  • Partner with local and international teams to support business development, customer needs, and project implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical sales, with knowledge of Air Handling Unit (AHU) products and the HVAC market.
  • Strong motivation to develop new business opportunities and grow market presence.
  • Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering) or significant experience in AHU-related technical roles.
  • Solid technical understanding of AHU products and solutions, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel throughout the Bohemia region.
  • Fluent Czech language skills and a good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills, with a professional approach to customer interactions.
