We are looking for friendly and skilled colleagues to join our Customer Care team!
What will you be doing?
- Provide technical support and communicate with customers (phone, email, ticketing)
- Analyze and resolve technical inquiries and incidents, work with technical documentation
- Work with data in internal systems
- Prioritize requests and manage escalations
- Collaborate with Product Support, Development, Quality, and SSC teams
- Prepare required reports
- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements
What do we expect from you?
- German – for communication with native speakers
- English at a good level – company communication language
- Secondary or university education with a technical background
- Or experience in customer service in a similar role (a strong advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability, attention to detail, thoroughness
- Ability to work independently, willingness to learn, and self‑reflection
- Team spirit and cooperation
