Technical Sales Support plays a key role in supporting the sales process for Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) solutions. Working closely with customers, consultants, and the sales team, you will prepare technical proposals, optimize equipment selections, and help deliver tailored solutions for a wide range of projects. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for AHU and HVAC solutions, coordinating with factory-based technical support when required.
  • Analyse customer requirements and provide technical recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Select and validate HVAC equipment configurations, including sizing, specifications, electrical requirements, and optional features.
  • Evaluate project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering.
  • Support the sales team with technical documentation, preliminary designs, and project submittals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to designers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Optimize equipment selection by balancing technical performance, cost, logistics, and service requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and ways of working.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in technical sales support or application engineering within the AHU/HVAC industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and HVAC systems.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Fluent Czech and good command of English (B2 level), both written and spoken.
