For our client, an international expert in a field of Cloud and general Infrastructure services, we are looking for experienced candidates for ServiceNow Developer role. Your main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery of ServiceNow solutions in your assigned project role, which may involve system configuration, developing custom client‑ and server‑side functionality, preparing technical documentation, supporting testing activities, assisting with deployments, and related tasks.
  • Adhere to established implementation guidelines and recognized technical best practices.
  • Act as a technical resource by providing guidance and expertise on questions related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Analyse business requirements and the need for process standardization, ensuring these elements are effectively incorporated into solution design and project deliverables.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem and pursue relevant certifications to maintain and grow your technical proficiency.

 

Our requirements:

  • A university degree (or equivalent qualification) in an IT‑related discipline.
  • At least one year of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow in roles such as System Administrator or Application Developer.
  • Solid understanding of both technical and functional design principles applicable to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Demonstrated experience working on implementation projects involving client/server or web‑based applications.
  • Practical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and common web development tools and technologies.
  • Prior experience working within agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management and Operations; knowledge of ITIL service delivery processes or ITIL v3 certifications is a significant advantage.
  • High level of self‑motivation and ability to operate effectively within self‑organized teams.
  • Strong skills in communication, presenting, and producing technical documentation.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

 

Nice-to-have / advantageous skills (rewritten):

  • Experience working with other ITSM platforms such as BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, HEAT, Axios, HP, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of AngularJS.
  • Experience with relational database systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
  • Approximately 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in web application development in relevant positions.
