We’re looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to support the finance team of our client. This isn’t a typical rinse-and-repeat reporting role. You’ll dive deep into forecasting tools, headcount tracking, and executive dashboards—helping to automate and optimize the financial backbone of the operations.
What You’ll Do
- Automate and maintain commission expense forecasts
- Prepare executive-level commission slides for month/quarter-end
- Collaborate with FP&A and Sales Compensation teams on reporting
- Enhance partner performance models
- Manage headcount tracking and Snowflake database updates
- Refresh insights on attrition, efficiency, and productivity
- Support T&E dashboards and pipeline-to-spend analysis
- Submit accruals and support quarter-end processes
- Review and clean up POs, assist with PR tracking
- Help implement AI-driven reporting automation
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Solid understanding of FP&A processes (accruals, forecasting, headcount planning)
- Experience with finance models and executive slide decks
- Self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and process improvement
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, or similar tools
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with Anaplan or other planning tools
- Exposure to commissions, GTM teams, or SaaS financials
- Scripting/automation skills (Python, App Script, etc.)
- Background in fast-paced, data-heavy environments
