As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the complete accounting agenda of selected entities, including complex bookings, reconciliations, monthly/year‑end closing, and the preparation of statutory and tax documentation. You will cooperate closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers, auditors, and support transitions from external accounting firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full accounting agenda for assigned companies
    – issued/received invoices, bank statements, assets, taxes, intercompany recharges, accruals, estimates, offsets, revaluations.
  • Preparation and reconciliation of accounts; review of complex bookings.
  • Communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across the Group.
  • Monthly and yearly Group reporting.
  • Statutory closing, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Preparation of audit documentation and cooperation with external auditors.
  • Preparation of VAT and other tax declarations.
  • Preparation of statistical reports and ad‑hoc reports for management.
  • Support during the handover from external accounting firms and participation in accounting system setup (if needed).

What You Bring

  • Experience in accounting, ideally with real estate
  • Strong understanding of Czech accounting standards and tax principles.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • English and Czech (working proficiency).
