Become a High-Tech Sales Engineer! As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for expanding our business within your assigned territory while building strong relationships with customers and delivering technical solutions.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with up to 5 years of experience in sales, technical roles, or related fields

What you’ll do

  • Develop and grow your product portfolio within your territory
  • Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor through consultation and negotiation
  • Spend 3 days per week visiting clients and 2 days in the office

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Native-level Czech (C2) and strong English (business proficiency)
  • Valid driver’s license and active driving skills
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales
  • Motivation to learn about high-tech products and become an industry expert
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
