REED is currently seeking for a client junior professional who is ready to take his customer service experience to the next level in a dynamic order fulfilment and management role. This is an opportunity to join a well-established international organization based in Prague, where you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of products to customers and partners across Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customer orders in the company’s ERP system
- Communicating directly with customers regarding order status, availability, and delivery updates
- Handling customer queries and providing top-tier service
- Supporting internal sales teams with performance reports and customer insights
- Issuing invoices and processing credit notes (returns, promotions, rebates, etc.)
- Responding to Amazon customer queries and invoicing requests
- Uploading and verifying sales reports weekly
- Collaborating with finance, logistics, and sales departments
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills (experience is a plus!)
- Native Czech or Slovak speaker with fluent English (additional European languages are a bonus)
- Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively across departments
