Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration? Join the finance team of our client as a Finance Manager supporting the Customer Experience (CX) organization!
In this role, you'll be at the heart of financial planning, analysis, and process improvement—partnering with CX, Finance, and Accounting teams to drive impactful insights and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Lead CX spend planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Deliver actionable insights through monthly close and headcount analysis
- Automate financial reporting with data visualization tools
- Review and approve purchase requisitions aligned with budgets
- Analyze CX contracts to support procurement decisions
- Build ROI-focused financial models and support marketing efficiency
- Drive process improvements and stakeholder training
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA a plus)
- 6–8 years in FP&A, ideally in business-facing roles
- Strong analytical skills and executive-ready insights
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Anaplan, NetSuite, Alteryx or other planning tools
- Bonus: Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau
- Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
