We are seeking an experienced Assistant to Logistics Manager to support the daily coordination of international logistics operations in a dynamic, multicultural environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong logistics background and excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate international logistics operations, including import and export activities
  • Monitor and track shipments across sea, road, and air transportation channels
  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, and transport documentation
  • Communicate regularly with freight forwarders, suppliers, carriers, and international business partners
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and update internal systems and databases
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and operational teams across multiple regions
  • Assist in resolving shipment-related issues and ensure smooth supply chain processes

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in international logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (Prague office and remote work)
  • Strong ability to collaborate with international teams across different time zones
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities
