Talent Acquisition Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
- Define and optimize recruitment strategies, processes, and tools
- Drive hiring across Czech and international markets
- Collaborate closely with leadership
- Oversee recruitment for a wide range of roles
- Bring analytical insight and strategic direction to support the company’s continued growth
Talent Acquisition Lead Requirements:
- Previous strong experience in recruitment, including team leadership
- Solid background in tech recruitment
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to hiring
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn, ArtStation, job portals, and recruitment events
- Excellent English (Czech is a plus, but not required)
