Invoicing Specialist with English (Spanish and Czech are advantage)

AP, PtP – accounting and invoicing support for Spanish and Portuguese entities.

Work location: Prague 4 – Budějovická (on-site)

(3-6 month employment contract with possibility of extension, long term co-operation / afterwards contract for an indefinite period)

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Process transactions (invoices, credit notes)
• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Post invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis while ensuring invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost canters
• Prepare payments and perform month-end activities and reporting
• Analyse vendor accounts, solve negative balances
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
• Communicate with client, provide support and solutions
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks assigned by Manager

• Full-time job, The employment contract for a definite period, 3-month contract. Preferred a long term co-operation / possibility of extension and the employment contract for an indefinite period afterwards.
• Monthly basic gross salary: negotiable, according to your previous experience (40-47.000 CZK)
• Benefit package: 5th week of vacation, meal vouchers, flexible working hours, occasionally home office (after your introduction training and taken over the work)

What experience, personality & skills are we looking for?
Degree or diploma in finance/accounting or applicable knowledge.
• Very good command of English, Spanish and Czech language are advantage.
• Knowledge within accounting standards and Accounts Payable area; F&A process understanding & accounting knowledge.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a position of an invoicing and order management specialist (Preferably Accounts Payable area, PtP).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player.
