HW Product Manager

What will your duties be?

Coordinate and own projects in all phases of development (from the first idea to mass production)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
Define product requirements and specifications based on market insights and technical feasibility
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for hardware initiatives, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on strategic business needs and product requirements
Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them
Regularly report on results achieved
Coordinate PoC (Proof of Concept) preparations
Coordinate prototype and serial product development with serial suppliers
Establish quality standards and processes to ensure that hardware products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Participate in technical meetings and project meetings in Czech/English (information gathering/requirements advocacy)
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track project success

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HW development
Strong technical background in hardware products (ideally consumer electronics)
Proven experience in product management, project management, or a related role within the hardware industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Deep understanding of business and tech processes within a tech company
Active knowledge of English and Czech required
