For a successful industrial property company, we are looking for an experienced and analytical candidate with a passion for Excel, SQL and modern HR tools. The position covers several markets, so English at a very high level is required as well as strong analytical skills.
Your tasks:
- Managing and working with HR data in the system, creating dashboards reporting.
- HR budget optimization, salary benchmarking and review
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts for HR costs
- Checking the accuracy of calculated salaries through external companies
- Coming up with new ideas to improve processes
Your profile:
- University degree, ideally in economics, statistics, computer science or other
- Advanced knowledge of English and Czech or Slovak language
- Previous experience in HR analytics
- Advanced knowledge of analytical tools MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Workday
- Ability to work with large volumes of data / incomplete data
