For a global technology company (mechanical components) with an entrepreneurial spirit and long history of private ownership, we are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will cooperate on developing email B2B / B2B2C marketing strategy across the EMEA region. We are looking for a more technical specialist than a copywriter.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates on the development of an email marketing strategy tailored for the EMEA region (approx. 40 markets)
- Designs and executes B2B direct email marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage business customers
- Develops customer journeys and creates visually appealing email templates
- Creates compelling and informative newsletters to deliver valuable content
- Collaborates on the development and enhancement of email marketing tools
- Creates and maintains email databases
- Analyses campaign performance and suggests improvements
- Creates and presents reports and performance dashboards
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing an email marketing program from international digital agency or international company (in-house)
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience in marketing automation platforms, experience with Marketing Cloud
- Proven work experience in performance of a large email marketing database
- Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch
- Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS
- Experience using SQL
- Proficient in data analytics to determine important data and be able to suggest improvements
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
