Responsibilities:
- Drafting and contract formation, review of contracts according to contracting guidelines
- Cooperate on contract facilitation + templates and execution. Drive contracting process improvements
- Prepare and present client facing reports on contracting projects provided to the clients
- Responding to complex enquiries regarding contractual obligations and redlines revisions
- Leading a small size team of contract specialist in providing services to clients
- Cooperate on training of other specialist on legal review and interpretations
- To become point of contact between different business units, teams and legal advisors ensuring that all contractual matters are addressed
- Support client delivery leads with escalation handling and process optimization of the company
Experiences & skillset:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in law, business, economy or relevant field of studies
- Multiple years of experiences in contract's drafting, reading and formation
- Good understanding of procurement topics, contract reporting, analyse etc.
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills both written and spoken
- Very good proficiency in MS Office package
