Karolína discovered that she gains the most energy from working with people, communication, and building relationships. Throughout her professional experience, she has worked in customer service, administration, and in a dynamic corporate environment, where she developed the ability to listen, find solutions, and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. As part of her previous experience, she also had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of and collaborate with the engineering sector, which she has decided to continue focusing on in her role at Reed.

Her interest in people’s stories and professional development led her to Reed and the world of recruitment. What she enjoys most about this work is the opportunity to connect talented candidates with meaningful career opportunities, while also helping companies find colleagues who will contribute to the growth of their teams.
