A global professional services company is currently searching for candidates who are interested in or have already gained experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Your role
- Conduct hiring and candidate sourcing approaches
- Review CVs and determine if they are potential matches against open positions
- Monitor and track your candidate pipeline and ensure it is suitable to meet the requirements of the open positions
- Lead candidate assessments and present screened candidate shortlist to hiring manager for review
- Create and post job descriptions to the necessary sites and monitor their progress
- Communicate feedback, results and organise start dates to hiring managers, candidates, clients, and agencies
- Extend and negotiate offer, and produce final contracts
Skill set and experience
- Professional level English and Danish
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Detail orientated and enjoy solving complex issues
- Adaptable and competent computer skills
- Proactive in taking initiative and actively think about improvements
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisitions/ service delivery or call/contact centre is an advantage
