ServiceNow Developer

Join the IT community of IT enthusiasts, based in Prague, a start-up mindset and become part of an international team with unlimited opportunities. The ServiceNow Developer will be part of a central DevOPS team having responsibilities from function support to core platform development on core components. Point of contact for incident resolution for CIO central and International.

What you will do

  • Come up with a test and user guide documentation for ServiceNow stories team implemented. Work independently and as a productive member of a team. Work closely with key stakeholders and developers.
  • Document and maintain functional business requirements coming from the PO, process flows and business use cases. Develop ServiceNow forms, tables, modules as well as scripts and workflow.
  • Develop systems integrating ServiceNow with third-party software using REST/SOAP , if needed using our own Service Connector capability, including scripted web services, MID servers.
  • Leverage Java Scripting knowledge, including any known debugging knowledge to support development.
  • Support the goals of service management processes in design and architecture. Adhere to and develop approved standards in software development.
  • Enable visibility into service metrics & transparency through reporting dashboards design.
  • Develop user friendly service catalog items. Perform ad hoc request coming from countries
  • Promote mission, vision, and values of the ServiceNow community 

Requirements

  • Java Script knowledge
  • Excellent organization, communication and administrative skills
  • Certified ServiceNow system administrator
  • Scripting in ServiceNow
  • Experience working in large international organization
  • Support customers and ensure their satisfaction
  • ITOM experience preferred
