Reed is currently looking for candidates with experience in procurement, who are be interested in joining our client, a large international company in the field of consulting services. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end sourcing projects and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include managing multiple sourcing initiatives, demonstrating expertise in category management, project management, and negotiation. You will analyse supplier options, recommend selections, and negotiate both commercial and legal terms for contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing projects from start to contract closure.
• Negotiate contracts, achieve savings, and manage supplier relationships.
• Interact with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Offer creative solutions to support the overall sourcing program.
• Ensure timely project deliverables with defined quality standards.
• Present deliverables to internal global team members.
• Collaborate effectively and influence outcomes.
• Analyse data and create recommendations.

Qualification Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech or MBA degree.
• 5 years of Sourcing Category Management experience (including Global Sourcing).
• Expertise in RFx Management.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and French
