Scrum Master for AI Squad

Job description

We are looking for passionate Scrum Master who wants to be part of a new AI squad to coach the team and who will ensure that the team follows the scrum framework, values, and principles, facilitating the scrum events, removing any impediments, supporting the organization in adopting and scaling scrum, and acting as a servant leader, mentor, teacher, and change agent. 

 

What will be you main responsibilities:

 

  • Run agile ceremonies, communicate with team and stakeholders, and foster communication, collaboration, and feedback. Track and plan sprint progress and performance with metrics and tools. Manage project activities, resources, budget, and risks with project management tools and methods.

  • Resolve or escalate issues or impediments during sprint. Remove obstacles for Scrum Team’s progress and performance.
  • Follow industry standards and regulations for AI/ML applications and support CI/CD and Scrum according to Scrum Guide and  One Language. Help employees and stakeholders apply Scrum and empirical product development, and guide those outside the teams on how to interact with the teams.
  • Support and educate Product Owner on product backlog refinement and management, and help them define Product Goal and plan product for a complex environment. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as needed.
  • Lead by example. Learn and experiment with agile principles and practices. Choose the right role to help teams. Coach teams in self-organization and cross-functionality. Ensure goal, scope, and product domain are clear to everyone. Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.

 

Your profile:

  • Experience in leading and facilitating agile ceremonies
  • Ability to coach and mentor the team members on agile practices and principles, and foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment
  • Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change, and respond to feedback and customer needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to balance the competing demands of scope, time, cost, and quality, and deliver value to the customers and stakeholders
  • Advanced and practical experience with CI/CD pipelining principles and software development lifecycle
  • First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) or equivalent
