As a Scrum Master you will manage scrum process, facilitates the sprint planning meeting, daily stand-up meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.

Your responsibilities would be to

• Promote and coach team about agile principles and values
• Lead by example
• Know when to use coach, mentor and teacher stances
• Provide clear boundaries and ground the rules
• Resolve conflicts, identify and remove obstacles that occur
• Support team and help them explore and setup processes to improve scrum team's effectiveness and keep team members motivated
• Understand team dynamics
• Familiar with engineering practices and know how to benefit from them in the team

Requirements

• Experience in a Scrum Master role
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the Definition of Done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement
