Your Mission:

As a REED team member, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting talent with exciting career opportunities. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Talent Hunt: Whether online, offline, or over coffee, you’ll actively seek out candidates for our clients’ roles.
  • Candidate Coaching: Prepare candidates for interviews and provide career advice to help them succeed.
  • Client Relationships: Manage client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Business Development: While we’ll provide some clients, we expect you to bring in new business through proactive efforts.
  • Stay Ahead: Continuously refine your candidate search techniques until you reach the Guru level!
  • Collaboration: Work closely with REED divisions across Europe on international projects.
  • Market Expansion: Contribute to expanding our services in the Czech and Slovak markets.

What We Expect:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Czech/Slovak and an advanced level of English are essential.
