Our client is a global leading supplier of electrical and electronic safety components, DC grids, traction power systems for railways and solutions for renewable energy.
Reed is seeking an experienced Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the implementation of projects (custom-made production of traction substations)
- Coordinating and collaborating with customers on project development
- Managing projects across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, reporting, handover, and evaluation
- Building and leading project teams, managing communication, and allocating resources
- Maintaining seamless communication with customers, analysing risks, and implementing preventive measures
- Providing regular project status reports, managing changes, and ensuring successful project delivery
- Supervising project handover, financial resource management, cost control, and revenue management
- Ensuring adherence to schedules and budget
- Conducting service trips to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience (preferably in rolling stock, power systems, or electricity distribution)
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with project management standards
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Technological aptitude, flexibility, organization, and structure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Project) or other project management tools
- Valid driver's license
