Join the IT HUB community of IT enthusiasts, based in Prague, a start-up mindset and become part of an international team with unlimited opportunities. As an Onboarding Security Specialist, you will utilize your knowledge of information security and current threats to implement detection rules (Use Cases) across multiple security products such as Splunk, Sentinel, MDFE, etc.

Responsibilities

• Create detection rules using various security tools (Splunk, Sentinel, MDFE,..). Rules creation follows MITRE attack framework
• Apply of information security to translating the evolving threat landscape into threats against NN, prepare security content and advisory to mitigate/negate
• Ensure together with seniors that the implemented solutions follow the defined sprint requirements
• Maintain effective relationships with internal customers, NN leadership and 3rd parties
• Develop internal tools and automation

Requirements

• Knowledge of mutliple areas of information security
• Basic understanding of security architecture in enterprise and cloud environments
• Knowledge of SIEM solutions (Splunk, MS Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, ...)
• Knowledge of networking, operating systems, cryptography, malware, and other security-related concepts
• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
