Office coordinator

Job description

We are seeking an Office coordinator for our client, an investor and developer of warehouse properties. Our client is an international company with HQ in Prague.

Responsibilities:
• Leading the reception
• Providing front office assistance during an 8-hour Monday to Friday shift
• Fleet management
• Managing budget, creating purchase orders and processing invoices
• Serving as the point of contact for property management
• Organizing team activities and events to enhance engagement, cooperation and wellbeing of our employees
• Assisting the HR team with coordination of trainings, internal communication etc.

• Czech or Slovak as a native language and English (professional level)
