MS365 Support Engineer

Job description

Join the Prague-based section of the humanitarian organization, where they are committed to maintaining a transparent and ethical work environment. As an M365 Support Engineer, you’ll manage and maintain client’s Office 365 infrastructure. You’ll lead projects, support teams, and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations.

What you will do

  • Manage M365 services and tools
  • Resolve complex issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Oversee vendor services and maintain relationships
  • Collaborate on projects and upgrades
  • Ensure system security and quality
  • Lead M365 knowledge sharing and community management
  • Document changes and assist with policy creation
  • Collaborate with other client teams for effective issue resolution
  • Ensure service delivery meets business requirements

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of support and operations experience in Microsoft Collaboration Products, Messaging Environments, or Active Directory Services
  • Infrastructure and servers expertise, including connectivity, communications, and integration
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Modern SharePoint administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, Skype Server, and MS Teams
  • Understanding of firewall requirements for Office 365
  • Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS concepts
  • ITIL/ITSM knowledge
  • Independent work capability
