Join the team in designing on-premise and cloud services for the financial sector. You will deliver Microsoft 365 Cloud services to the financial Group, which operates in various markets. As an Application Support L3 administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the services in your scope of responsibility (including On Call duty), resolving incidents forwarded from international 2nd levels, implementing changes to Microsoft 365 Cloud services, fulfilling other tasks in an Agile SAFe environment, and communicating with subject matter experts (colleagues or business partners) across Europe. You can work from any of the offices in Czechia.
Responsibilities
- Fulfil daily operational tasks related to MS Office 365 services
- Resolve Incidents escalated from 2nd level local entities
- Implement release changes and fulfil catalogue tasks on L3
- Attend Agile and operational meetings across virtual teams
- Improve personal knowledge related to Microsoft 365 services
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
- Common knowledge of Office 365 applications
- Agile mindset, be a servant to the team
- JIRA or SAFe knowledge is an advantage
- ITIL knowledge for Incident, Problem and Release/change management
- Being flexible, ability to travel and keep On Call duties (once a month)
