Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Job description

On behalf of our client, we’re seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to be based in Prague, Czech Republic (hybrid working). Primary focus of this role is the end-to-end installations project management within the EMEA & LATAM region. This role is ideal for Junior PMs with 1-3 years of previous PM experience who are looking to progress their career within project management. On the job training will be provided. Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership and accountability of the lifecycle of Professional Services installation bookings within the EMEA & LATAM region
  • Collaborating with internal departments to execute and drive installation projects through to completion 
  • Ensures the implementation of activities are coordinated with internal and external partner resources
  • Acts as primary interface to the customer, vendor and all internal stakeholders associated with the engagement
  • Ownership of project budget and tracking of margin
  • Developing, monitoring and following up on reporting with Professional Services management and internal/external team members to ensure data is being maintained properly related to forecasting and implementation metrics
  • Forecasting and tracking quarterly revenue

Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator Requirements:

  • Ideally at least 1-3 years of project management experience but even people with less or slightly more experience will be considered
  • Advanced to proficient level of English (Czech is not necessary)
  • Flexibility to support multiple time zones
  • Basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of a second language would be a big plus!

Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator Profile:

  • Highly detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Ability to simultaneously work on multiple engagements and priorities
  • Self-starter, needing minimum supervision and able to solve complex challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions to satisfy all parties
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to speak articulately with personnel at all levels

Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator Technical Requirements:

  • MS Office Suite
  • Google Suite (Gmail, G-Calendar, G-Drive)
  • Salesforce knowledge would be beneficial (training will be provided)
  • LucidCharts (training will be provided)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic (hybrid working; 3 days in the office, 2 days HO)

Salary: Competitive salary & benefits (meal allowance, travel allowance, phone allowance, 25 days of holidays etc.)

Start date: ASAP

Job type: Full-time/ FTC for 1 year with a possibility of extension
