This new colleague will be responsible for designing, sourcing and coordinating customized training packages and will contribute to the competitiveness of the marketing and sales department. The person will also work closely with development manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Active creation of teaching materials

Cooperation with experts and creation of training content

Creating lessons in the internal training system

Monitoring courses

Gathering feedback from trainers

Reporting on training effectiveness

Be the key point of contact for questions related to learning and development

Monitoring market developments, staying updated on training methods

Cooperation with colleagues from other training departments
REQUIRMENTS:

Previous experience in a similar position
-
English at C1 level (written and spoken)

Previous experience in an international work environment

Advanced knowledge of Excel tools

Customer approach, creativity and responsibility

Detail oriented personality
