On behalf of our clients, we are currently seeking experienced General Ledger Accountants to join their GL teams in Prague. We are hiring mid-senior to senior GL accountants as we offer different types of accounting complexity.

Your Minimal Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed asset additions.
- Review monthly account reconciliations for cash, accrued liabilities, and prepaid expenses.
- Analyze P&L accounts for trends, errors, and omissions.
- Maintain Customer program subledgers and collaborate with business finance.
- Support General Ledger team during closing processes.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
- Train and support new team members for smooth transitions.
Requirements:
- min. 2 years of experience in GL accounting (for some senior GL roles, min. 5 years required)
- Familiarity with US GAAP, SOX, SAP
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes
- Educational background in Finance/Accounting
- Advanced knowledge of English (B2 min.)
