Customer Service Representative with Swedish

Job description

Are you proficient in Swedish and do you like working with people? We are recruiting for a role of a B2B Customer Advisor who will be part of a small team in our client's shared service centre in Brno, Czech Republic. This role comes with a relocation package if you are currently abroad.


Your responsibilities will be:
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries via email, phone & chat (90% B2B)
• Conduct customer training sessions to help the customers use the company's products
• Participate on adhoc projects and site testing

• Fluent Swedish and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage (but not a must)
• Computer literacy
• Customer and detail oriented personality
