Customer account specialist with Finnish

On behalf of prestigious international company specialised in dental care manufacture, we are currently looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Oder Management specialist to join their growing team in Prague. If you speak Finnish on an advanced level (min. C1) and good English, if you are communicative and if you are interested the medical sphere, then this opportunity might be just for you. Your main role be to communicate with your Finnish clients and manage their orders.

Main responsibilities:

Daily communication via phone (50%) or email with clients
Create orders in SAP so newly manufactured or stored product can be sent to client
Handle the full order management process from creating and placing the order in SAP to invoicing and delivery
Handle any related issues to logistics, delays, returns, replacements, discounts or warranties

Your profile:

Experience in B2B customer service preferred but not mandatory
Fluent Finnish speaker
Experience in order management or CRM is a great bonus
Must have excellent social and communication skills, be willing to learn a lot of new information, be stress resistant, be a fast learner and be customer-oriented.
