Development Team Lead whose main responsibility will be to to deliver solutions to prepare / publish data for use cases required by the Financial Department.
What you will do

Understanding complex business processes and calculations, providing solutions to support there processes with data. Translation of business requirements into the technical specifications and to the code, testing. This includes also support of dashboarding, prediction modelling and other applications.
- Describing data transformations (ETLs) towards target data layer within a datawarehouse or a data mart within technical specification documentation, according to the requirement of a specific data consumer.
- This includes deep understanding of data sources / legacy systems and underlying business processes, understanding related data models and ability to propose their updates, communication with related owners.
- Coordinates, connects and consolidates all available datasources into automated, effective and sustainable structure.
- Leading, supporting & motivating the team of business analysts and data analysts / developers. Leading Agile ceremonies.

- Ability to connect Finance and Business problematics, especially in ensurance business
- Ability to lead discussion with Finance and with business / source system specialists and facilitate / prepare clear tech. specs. for loading data into expected datawarehouse structures
- Team lead skills
- Agile experience
- Experience with data transformation and Azure stack (Azure Cloud Components; Azure Data Factory and Databricks), GIT, CI/CD
