B2B Customer Support with French

Would you like to start your career in an international company in Brno? We are searching for someone who can speak English and French fluently, has good communication skills and enjoys thinking outside the box. The B2B Customer Support role is a great opportunity for somebody who has some experience with customer service and would like to gain more experience under the wing of an established company.

What will you do as B2B Customer Support?

  • Communicate with clients (B2B) in French mainly via e-mail, but also via chat, and occasionally via phone
  • Create and edit quotes and proposals
  • Manage various customer requests from start to finish
  • Participate in the development of service and product offerings

 

What qualities are we looking for?

  • Fluent French and English (B2+)
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (especially with MS Excel)
  • Previous experience with customer service
  • Creative thinking and proactive approach
