Administrative Support for a Sales Team (German Speaker)

Job description

This is a great opportunity for a speaker of German who would like to use the language on a daily basis and be more involved in the sales activities but not as a salesman. In this role you will provide aftermarket support to VIP customers. This role entails providing spare parts pricing, creating orders, chasing outstanding sales orders and communication with different departments of the company including Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.

What will you do?

  • Prepare quotations and orders, ensure pricing and numbers of spare parts are correct
  • Chase outstanding sales orders via purchasing and manufacturing departments and warehouse
  • Communicate with the client and relevant departments regarding orders and enquiries via email and phone
  • Organize debit/credit notes due to price changes, sales returns, etc.

We are looking for:

  • Fluent German and English (B2+)
  • Candidate who enjoys talking to people via phone and email
  • Detail-oriented team-player
