Our client performs in real estate investment and development and is creating wealth for investors by expanding their portfolio of retail investment and residential rental properties across Central and Eastern Europe.

Our client is looking for experienced Real Estate Asset/Investment Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Redevelopment/Refurbishment/Asset Fit Out/Permitting/Construction
• Building Relationships with retail/office tenants and leasing
• Legal and contractual processes with existing and new tenants.
• Establishing relationships with external real estate agents  
• Transactions with key external suppliers and contractors
• Real estate Investment optimizing of layouts, analyses, cash flows and underwriting and developing best practice.
• Enhancing the performance of retail, office, residential and development assets in the portfolio. (Office, Retail Park, and Shopping Centre assets + upcoming acquisitions)
• Manage tax advisors and optimize taxes on investment structures.
• Preparation of term sheets, negotiate bank financing agreements, and negotiate hedging instruments for investment assets.
• Cooperation with legal, technical, tax and financial teams of consultants in CEE.
• Market research and analysis of businesses and real estate prospects
• CEE mergers and acquisitions cooperation (strategy, process management and negotiations).
• Accountability for P&L, quarterly reporting, and conformity with reporting and compliance requirements to the funding bank, the company's founders, investors, and bondholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in Mid-Level /Senior position  
• Excellent financial expertise and analytical skills
• Experience in either Big Four Accounting Companies, Real Estate Development or Investing, Fund Management, or RE Agency.
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
• Client orientation and client needs and problem-solving abilities
• Time management and project management skills
• Presentable business demeanor
• Native speaker of Czech or English
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, economics, or a similar field
• Advanced work in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to write and speak in English.
