We are looking for an Operations Analyst for our client which is a provider of a platform that enables event organizers, venues and artists to enhance their ticketing, ensure shows are full and provide a safe, official reservation system and allows fans to return their tickets to the official point of purchase for a fair price.

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for client account assigned work
- Assist in the launch process for new clients
- Investigate and resolve platform setup issues
- Pick and structure event data from different teams
- Creating, monitoring and reporting on operational processes to build and create case studies for process improvements
- Assist in preparing status, activity and performance reports
- Collaborate with client-facing teams, data analysts, and leadership of other teams to solve cross-functional business issues and requests affecting our clients
- Reporting analysis and reporting preparation
- Work in the US timezone (late evening/night locally)
Requirements and qualifications
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
- High proficiency in Excel
- Strong knowledge of English (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment and complex workflow processes
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Good understanding of live music industry field
- Meta data experience
