Junior Accountant with English/Turkish - AP, PtP (Prague 4)

REED is currently seeking a support to accounting team, as we need to immediately cover sickness leave of one of the employees for the following 6 months.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Process transactions (invoices, credit notes)
• Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Post invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis while ensuring invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost canters
• Prepare payments and perform month-end activities and reporting
• Analyse vendor accounts, solve negative balances
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
• Communicate with client, provide support and solutions
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks assigned by Manager

• Monthly basic gross salary: negotiable, according to your previous experience (40-45.000 CZK)

What experience, personality & skills are we looking for?
• Degree or diploma in finance/accounting or applicable knowledge
• Very good command of Turkish and English
• Knowledge within accounting standards and Accounts Payable area; F&A process understanding & accounting knowledge
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a position of a Junior Accountant (Preferably Accounts Payable area, PtP)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player
