An international company is looking for a new employee for Helpdesk support role with English language (German is an advantage)! You would work as a 1st Level of technical support - you would be the first point of contact for employees of the company for IT related issues.
Helpdesk support role may include:
- Troubleshooting in 1st level - managing the Service Desk queue of user incidents, requests and queries efficiently
- Communication via ticketing system (email and phone) with the company employees
- Escalating incidents or requests to Service Desk team or Country Operations Manager when required.
- Regular communication with other Service Desk team members and IT teams.
We are looking for:
- Fluent English (C1)
- Basic knowledge of German language would be an advantage (you will be expected to be willing to learn German in the future)
- Good communication skills
- Experience in a technical support role or IT support skills gained outside of work
- General knowledge of at least some of the following: Windows 10, Citrix, Active Directory, Microsoft Office and desktop
