Your Responsibilities:

  • Increase Sales: Drive growth and expand market share.
  • Oversee Company Operations: Ensure profitability in alignment with budget and forecasts.
  • Enhance Market Presence: Elevate the customer experience.
  • Core Competencies: Focus on sales and customer satisfaction; lead and motivate the team; prioritize productivity and customer base expansion.
  • Manage total income and balance sheet.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within sales & marketing, particularly in the entertainment, tourism, or MICE sectors.
  • Proficiency in B2C business, general management, and a strong drive and ambition.
  • Capability to lead large teams and oversee entire company operations.
  • Accountability for P&L / EBITDA.
  • Strong sales orientation.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Czech is a plus.
