General Manager - Hospitality
Your Responsibilities:
- Increase Sales: Drive growth and expand market share.
- Oversee Company Operations: Ensure profitability in alignment with budget and forecasts.
- Enhance Market Presence: Elevate the customer experience.
- Core Competencies: Focus on sales and customer satisfaction; lead and motivate the team; prioritize productivity and customer base expansion.
- Manage total income and balance sheet.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within sales & marketing, particularly in the entertainment, tourism, or MICE sectors.
- Proficiency in B2C business, general management, and a strong drive and ambition.
- Capability to lead large teams and oversee entire company operations.
- Accountability for P&L / EBITDA.
- Strong sales orientation.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Czech is a plus.
