We are looking for a Spanish speaker with good communication on a position which is combination of front office and back office. The main task is supporting your colleagues on their project. You will be working with ticketing system and helping with order process. The advantage is good knowledge of Excel.
The position is for well-known international company with office in Brno city centre.
What will you do?
- Communicating with business teams via e-mail, chat, and phone.
- Create and amend price quotes and proposals.
- Own end to end various customer requests / task and proactively drive them to successful closure.
- Be a member of the international, dynamic, and innovative company environment.
What are we looking for?
- Spanish and English of minimum level C1.
- Independent candidate with thinking outside the box.
- Good communication skills.
- Pro-customer approach and multitasking skills.
- User knowledge of Excel.
