Reed Recruitment are delighted to working alongside a leading Utilities company as they look to add to their Contact Centre Team Management structure. 

The successful candidate will be motivated to join their Retail Collections Team and provide effective leadership to their team. 

The successful candidate will be expected to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:- 

- Monitor and oversee the delivery of a successful team. 
- Guide, mentor and lead individual team members to achieve collective and individual team targets. 
- Hold regular team meetings, one to ones, coaching and other performance related activities. 
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports to assess, track and manage the productivity and performance of the entire team. 
- Monitor and manage annual leave, sickness, general absence, lateness through each shift. 
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service is consistently achieved utiliising quality checking and coaching tools. 
- Related ad-hoc duties. 


The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:- 

- Previous experience working in a similar leadership role. 
- Proactive, energetic and team orientated. 
- Will go the extra mile to help customers needs. 
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
- Proven ability in improving team perforamnce through coaching and development.
