Our multinational client is looking for a Product Control Senior Business Analyst colleague to join their team in Budapest who is responsible for project implementation / business analysis, supporting global Product Control programs.

What you will be doing:
• Delivery of requirements, testing, and documentation on PCG programmes
• Apply in-depth knowledge of the business impact of process design and technical contributions
• Appropriately assesses risks and issues related to the projects and ensures timely and effective escalation
• Providing support to the office and Product Control reporting teams on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. audits, regulatory inquiries)
• Supporting the work of the Product Control management team, by executing further relevant tasks he/she allocates
• Adopting and tailoring global standards for business analysis of Product Control needs across P&L reporting, PAA and IPV
• Stakeholder management covering Regional PCG leads, global Product leads, GPOs, IPV teams, other leads, GFT seniors
• Influence Product Control automation strategy, within global frameworks


Requirements that make you the best candidate:
• Experience in business analyst role for complex system implementation projects and in Product Control reporting processes
• Familiarity with IPV, PAA and P&L reporting concepts
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Accounting and/or financial reporting experience
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Fluent English knowledge
• University / College degree or equivalent in finance / accounting
• 5+ years of work experience in financial reporting or system implementation roles
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong planning & organizational skills
• Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills, able to deal with a range of senior/junior staff across several disciplines
