Reed Recruitment are delighted to recruiting for an Office Support Assistant to join a leading organisation in the centre of Bath. This is an extremely varied role and the ideal candidate will provide a valuable support system to each member of the dynamic team.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Update and manage project reports and logs
• Coordinate meetings for the management team
• Schedule regular reviews for all departments
• Review and improve existing policies
• Create action lists and ensure completion
• Liaise with all members of the team including HR and Finance, offering support where applicable
• Assist the Chief Operating Officer
• General administrative duties


The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• An analytical approach with a keen eye for detail
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to adapt well to change and take on a number of varied tasks
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience within an office support role, HR or Finance team would be desirable

This is a full-time position and will develop alongside the growing company, with the opportunity for future training and progression.
